Measure K-14 Street Rehabilitation Program

YOUR TAX DOLLAR$ AT WORK

On November 4, 2014 Grover Beach voters approved Measure K-14, the Grover Beach Street Rehabilitation; Safety Improvement Bond Measure. In approving the measure, the City was authorized to issue up to $48 million in bond funds for the repair of local streets over the next 25 years. To date the City Council has approved the issuance of three bonds totaling $28 million in funds.

Completed Projects
As outlined in the Completed K-14 Street Bond Project Map (PDF), the City has expended a total of $13 million in bond funds for maintenance and repair of 154 blocks or approximately 12 miles of roadway, representing 40% of all local streets.

At the City Council meeting on November 6, 2017, the Council authorized the third bond sale of $15 million to fund the next round of street rehabilitation projects as outlined below:
