City Seeks Resident and Stakeholder Input on Police Chief Recruitment.
The City would like to hear from the community on the qualities you would like to see in our next Chief of Police.

Due to Chief Jim Copsey’s retirement, the City of Grover Beach has formally opened the recruitment process to select a permanent Chief of Police. The City’s goal is to ensure that the best and brightest candidates emerge from the recruitment process. The City would also like to hear first-hand about the key issues and priorities the new Chief of Police should address. This input will be used to develop the position profile, as well as assist the review team in identifying the best and most qualified candidates. Your input will help make this recruitment a success.

The City welcomes the community’s input. Residents and stakeholders can complete a brief online survey beginning January 30, 2015 – March 2, 2015: Chief of Police Recruitment Survey
