Under the direction of the Community Development Director, the consulting firm is expected to review the existing Housing Element and revise this document to reflect current conditions, City policies, and methods to meet the housing requirement mandated by the State of California. After review and evaluation of the submitted proposals, the City will recommend the finalist to the City Council for award of contract.
The Request for Proposal, under related documents, discusses the proposed project, scope of services, proposals requirements, selection process, and other information required to prepare and submit a proposal.

example of a risk would be if you plan on utilizing a specific staff member and they become
unavailable. Is there another qualified individual
that can fill in?
the City want Exhibit C: Disclosure of conflict of Interest included with
it is part of the contract, but it should be reviewed in case there is a conflict.
the City like a regional coordination task included in the scope of work?
conference calls could be identified and included in the proposal.
the city have a budget in mind?
City does not anticipate the cost of the update to exceed $55,000.
