City of Grover Beach Municipal Code - Zoning Regulations
The Zoning Code (Article IX.A of the Grover Beach Municipal Code) regulates all proposed development projects within the Coastal Zone (which include the following zones: C-R-1, C-P-R-1, C-R-2, C-R-3, C-C-V, C-P-C, C-I, and C-I-C).
The Development Code (Article IX of the Grover Beach Municipal Code, adopted October 15, 2012) regulates areas not within the Coastal Zone. The Development Code cannot take effect for those areas of the City that are within the Coastal Zone until it is approved by the California Coastal Commission. It is estimated that it will take a minimum of six (6) months before the California Coastal Commission considers approving the Development Code.
