How to Join
Grover Beach Police Volunteers
Any citizen from the community who is willing to donate their time to support the Grover Beach Police Department in an effort to help their community is encouraged to join.

Minimum requirements: 
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License
  • Must successfully clear a background investigation (including fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigations)
  • No physical examination is required
  • Must comply with grooming standards
  • Must be able to attend meetings and trainings
  • Must be willing to serve
