CDD Code Interpretation

The Community Development Department Director may issue policies that interpret the adopted Development Code or the California Building Code when there is ambiguity or when information is conflicting. These policies assist city staff, residents, and design professionals in ensuring conformance with our adopted ordinances. The following policies have been implemented by the Department.
