A parcel with an existing residence may conduct a garage or yard sale a maximum of four (4) times within a calendar year, subject to the following requirements:

• Each sale shall not exceed three (3) consecutive days.
• Items for sale shall consist of typical household items that are owned by the household conducting the sale. 
• Items acquired for resale or are brought to the site are prohibited. 
• Signage shall comply with Sign Regulations (Development Code Section 3.60)
• Sales on vacant parcels are not permitted.
