Item 4. Development Permit Application No. 12-02 / Applicant – Michael Hiebner
Request for approval of a Use Permit to establish and operate a microbrewery and
bar (“brewpub”) in a 1,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant building.
Location: 191 South Oak Park Boulevard, Unit 3 (APN 060-309-002) in the Shopping Center
Planned Development (C-S-PD) Zoning District.
