The City of Grover Beach as (2) seats scheduled to be open with the scheduled expiration of two Commission terms on March 31, 2016. Terms on the Commission are four-year periods, with no term limits.

The Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission is a body of five citizens that meet on a monthly basis. Meetings are usually held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
