The Parks, Recreation & Beautification Commission is a body of five citizens that meet on a monthly basis. Meetings are usually held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Department, providing recommendations regarding issues involving parks, recreation, City-sponsored special events, and beautification efforts.
